Shipping policy

• We take 3-7 days to deliver any order.
• We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders above Rs 699. A shipping charge of Rs.50 will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at contact@rushrlife.com or WhatsApp us on +91 73777 29000 (10 am to 6 pm IST Mon-Fri) with your order number and an unboxing video of the order or a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In case of a refund, we will refund the full order value minus the shipping cost as store credit.
